Privacy statement

This statement explains how Kohvand handles personal data when you contact us.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, company, country, email address, phone number and the content of your request. The website itself uses no tracking or analytics cookies.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare and carry out a quote or order.

How your request reaches us

The quote form opens WhatsApp with your request filled in; nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and has its own privacy policy. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as long as needed to answer them, and order data as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +31 6 40673425. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
